The Civil Rights Movement was a key era in American history towards accepting the minority groups in the society like the African Americans that occurred in the 1950s to the 1960s. The main reason for the movement was to finish discrimination, Black voter overpowering and biased employment and housing practices. Martin Luther King Jr. and Robert Francis Kennedy were activists who became the most noticeable spokesman and front-runners in the civil rights movement until their assassination in 1968. Regardless of Martin Luther King Jr. and Robert Francis Kennedy being civil rights activists, they differed in what influenced their fight for equality and their viewpoint on Vietnam War.
